Shipping Policy

Processing times refer to how quickly your order will be handed off to a shipping carrier after receiving your order.

Shipping transit times are determined by your location and the carrier, and estimate the amount of time from carrier pickup to carrier delivery.

All orders of in-stock products are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If you have not received a tracking number 48 hours after receiving your order confirmation, please contact us directly at support@hushpuppyco.com. Please include your name and order number.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

These are large, heavy dog crates. The average shipping cost is over $120, which we heavily subsidize by offering FREE shipping on all of our crates to the contiguous United States.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Sometimes the carrier does not scan your order upon pickup, which will delay the availability of tracking information. Please allow 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the order to show movement in the carrier network prior to requesting assistance.

If you still do not see movement within the carrier network 48 hours after receiving your tracking number, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

 

Shipping to PO Boxes

DO NOT try to ship to PO Boxes. Our carriers cannot deliver it and you will not receive your order. If you only have a PO Box and no other physical address to receive packages, please check with your local post office to see if they can accept General Delivery. Typically, this involves mailing your package to the address of the post office, with GENERAL DELIVERY noted and the name of the individual who will pick up the package upon arrival.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

PLEASE NOTE: WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS ON FINAL SALE ITEMS (MARKED CLEARLY AS FINAL SALE) SOLD AT A 50% DISCOUNT!

If the item is NOT marked as Final Sale, and was NOT purchased at a Final Sale 50% discount, we accept returns up to 2 weeks after delivery, if the item is unused, in its original condition, and repackaged safely using the original packaging. Unless the return is due to a damaged shipment, we will deduct the outbound shipping cost from the return, and then send you a free shipping label for the return shipment (approximately a $120 value).

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@hushpuppyco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and can either coordinate a free return and replacement with a brand new crate, or in select cases of minor damage (only with full agreement from the customer) we may treat it like a "scratch and dent" sale and provide a partial refund to simply keep the crate as-is.
